Why spreadsheets

Most very small businesses don't need accounting software. They need a place to write down what came in and what went out, and a total that's right. A good spreadsheet does that for a one-time $14–$19 and never asks for a monthly fee, a bank login, or a chart of accounts.

How we work

• Plain English. If a sentence needs an accounting term, we explain it in the next one.
• Specific, not hype. Prices, minutes, and clicks — what something actually costs you.
• Faceless by design. AutomataDesk is a brand, not a personality. No founder story, no faces; the work speaks.
• Honest about affiliate links. Some tool guides earn a commission. Each one says so at the top, and it never changes what we recommend.

We're not accountants, and nothing here is tax or legal advice. The spreadsheets give you clean totals; a qualified professional tells you what to do with them.
